Christmas Morning

Cami asked Santa for 'Dora', she didn't know what but she just likes Dora - so Santa got her Dora legos. Thankfully they're a hit!

Spencer requested a 'Mario vs. Donkey Kong' game. Santa found it.

Warm Beach

We went to Warm Beach, a land with 1 million Christmas lights.
L-R: Dylan, Allyson, Cami, Alexis

Li and Ian
It was the furthest thing from warm, it was 33 degrees!

Spence went on his first and last pony ride on Buttons since the height restriction is 48 inches and he's just about there.
Shy Cami surprised us by wanting to ride too, she got up on Snowball without any hesitation and loved riding her 'horsey' all by herself.

Ballet Recital

Cami performed 'Mele Kalikimaka' in her first ballet recital. She got up on the stage and barely moved a muscle but she didn't cry! Mission accomplished.

Holiday Program

This was the only shot I was able to get at Cami's first holiday program at preschool. She hid behind her little friend for most of the songs and then started bawling. She's one of the younger ones in school so I'm hoping it's a stage.

Tangled

We saw Tangled last weekend with Dylan, it was a really great flick. Liwai was definitely tearing.

Stitches

Spence fell at recess and split his chin on playground equipment. He got his 4 stitches without a numbing shot! He was brave and handled it really well. At least he made it to age 6 stitch-free! Never a dull moment...

Tree Lighting

Karin, Mel and Cami pre-tree lighting in Kirkland
We waited...
and waited...
The tree lighting was late and the crowd started chanting,
"light the tree, light the tree!"
Cami and her makeshift hat = Karin's scarf

Finally, let there be light! It was freeeeezing.

And, as it turned out... it was a fake tree! But of course we still had fun.
