Cami received Princess Ms. Pumpkinhead parts for her birthday and we've been waiting forever for a pumpkin to stick them into! Spence selected this pumpkin at his school field trip to Kelsey Farms specifically for his sister's Ms. Pumpkinhead. He's so sweet.
This was Liwai's first attempt at carving a pumpkin. He came close to finishing but broke down to eat. His kalua pig was the potluck hit, all the ladies were asking him for the recipe and his secret.

Our neighbors Jeff and Sarah host a pumpkin carving potluck in their front yard every year. It's usually sunny and crisp but this year it was rainy and freezing.

Red Dragons

It's the last day of the Red Dragons soccer season! Liwai became a better coach as the weeks went on once he realized that getting the kids to pay attention and follow simple instructions was his goal. He gave the kids personalized soccer trophies with blinking lights and certificates, none of the other teams had special surprises like that! The kids were proud and thrilled. Afterwards, all the parents thanked Li and asked him what he'll be coaching next so they could sign their kids up...I think Li unveiled another life caling - being a coach!

Spence cooks a lot at school and loves it. He made ants on a log and pita pizza from scratch at home and it was yum-my. He asked me to take a picture of his pizza!

They both LOVE playing with the tea set from Aunty Karin. I took videos of Spence leading the tea party to show to his future girlfriends.

Spence's best buddy Eshwar came over to play. They're still too little to know how to go off and play on their own so I was preschool teacher until Dad came home. Then they ran around the house rescuing Princess Camryn. I'm just not that fun!
